Donation of Services

I donate my hands-on healing services to animal and equine rescue organizations in central and southern New Jersey. If you are an equine nonprofit and would like to utilize my services please feel free to contact me, I would be honored to assist.

 

Session Descriptions

Phone Sessions

Initial Sessions A one hour appointment is required for an initial session. This creates an opportunity for us to discuss your animal’s history, present condition and lifestyle as well as your relationship with your animal in greater depth. When our discussion is complete we will end our phone contact and I will proceed with a healing. When the healing comes to completion, I will call you back so we can review what transpired.

Follow up sessions I am available for continued support after the initial session. A one hour session allows time for an updated discussion, a full healing and to review it afterwards. Half-hour sessions are also available.

Barn Visits

In-person visits create an opportunity for me to meet with you and your horse or small animal directly; to witness their movement, overall health and condition. If you have a specific behavioral, training or relational issue you would like help with, I can observe the issue and work with you and your horse or animal in the moment.

I am located in southern New Jersey and regularly travel within the surrounding areas for appointments including: Atlantic, Burlington, Monmouth and Ocean Counties in New Jersey and into Pennsylvania. If you are located beyond a 20 mile radius of Ship Bottom, NJ, a surcharge will be added for mileage/tolls.

In person visits for horses and small animals are $120 for the first horse/animal. Additional horse/animal with the same owner: $90.

Emergency Calls

Emergencies do happen. If you find yourself in this situation, contact your veterinarian and please do not hesitate to contact me as well. I will respond to help you and your animal as quickly as possible.

Personal Checks, Official Checks, Money Orders: Please make checks out to : Ginger Krantz. If you send a check, please mail it in adequate time for it to arrive 48 hours prior to our session. If this is not possible, please utilize Pay Pal or simply schedule a session for a later date. Please mail checks to: P.O. Box 18, Ship Bottom, NJ 08008.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: All appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. If this policy is not honored, you will remain responsible for the payment of the session.

Phone Sessions and Emergencies: Phone sessions require prepayment, 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If your payment is not received 24 hours prior to your appointment I will consider it a cancellation. Emergency phone sessions are an exception: established customers may pay for these sessions after the initial crisis has passed.

In-Person/Local Sessions: Payment is due at the time of service. Cash and checks are accepted.

Please complete the appropriate form below at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to review some information about you and your animal ahead of time so I can be better prepared for our session.
