Please complete the appropriate form below, 48 hours prior to your appointment:
Small Animal Intake Form
Horse/Equine Intake Form
This allows me to review information about your animal ahead of time, so I can be better prepared for our session. I’ll reply in an email with possible appointment times within your indicated range of availability.
2. Provide Photos
It is helpful if you take recent photos of your horse or small animal and send them to me prior to your session. Photo Specifications here.

3. Pay via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal
Session Rates: Small Animal
via Phone
1 hour: $120; One hour allows for approximately a 10-minute consultation via phone, before and after the healing.
1 ¼ hour: $150; Is required for an initial session to provide for an in-depth review of the photos of your small animal, discussion, and questions.
Session Rates: Small Animal
via Facetime/Zoom
FaceTime or Zoom provides an opportunity for you to receive information from Ginger as she works with your small animal during the live session, and to observe how your small animal responds to the healing.
1 hour: $150
1 ¼ hour: $185; Is required for an initial session.
Session Rates: Horses & Large Animals
via Facetime/Zoom
FaceTime or Zoom provides an opportunity for you to observe how your horse communicates with Ginger and responds to the healing. You also to receive assessment information from Ginger, as she works with your horse during the live session.
1 hour: $150
1 ¼ hour: $185
One & 1/4 hour is required for the initial session, to provide for an in-depth review of your Equine Intake Form and questions.

Consultation Rate
Hourly, via phone: $150 per hour, 20 min. minimum.
Session Payment
Payment is due 48 hours prior to your session:

If a session goes over, the additional time is billed at the corresponding hourly rate.
4. Call me at our appointed time
International calls via Zoom: for sessions outside of the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico. After your Intake Form is submitted, an appointment time is arranged, and payment is received, you’ll be emailed a Zoom invitation for your scheduled session.
Payment Policies
Prepayment
Phone and Zoom sessions require prepayment, 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If payment is not received 48 hours prior, it will be considered a cancellation.
Emergency Appointments
Emergencies are an exception for existing customers; payment can be made after the initial crisis has passed.

Please respect the 48-hour notice of a cancellation, so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. Thank you.
